  • Emergency Nutrition & Health Response in Bay and Bakool


    • Status: Active | Duration: Jan 2024 – Dec 2025 | Partner: UNICEF, WHO

    • Overview: Providing life-saving health and nutrition services to vulnerable mothers and children in drought-affected regions.

    • Key Activities:

      • Operating 15 mobile health clinics reaching remote villages.

      • Screening and treating children under 5 for acute malnutrition.

      • Conducting immunization campaigns and prenatal care for pregnant women.

      • Training and equipping 50 Community Health Workers.

    • Target Impact: Reduce child malnutrition rates by 25% in target districts.

  • Climate-Smart Agriculture for Resilience in Lower Juba

  • Overview: Empowering smallholder farmers to adapt to climate change and improve food security.

    • Distribution of drought-tolerant seeds and farming tools.
